“Edgewood has been a reliable subcontractor and truly a partner interested in building a relationship. Their field crews are responsive and create great physical work but their overall team really worked with us through several challenging elements on the project making offering recommendations for potential savings when available and always acting fairly along the way.”
Bill Martorana, Senior Design/Build Manager
Brandywine Realty Trust
“Over the years, the Edgewood Company has professionally installed several different bluestone patio’s and stone entrance foyers for our Suburban locations. Our most recent project transformed a tired 25-year-old exterior water feature into a true property asset. The leadership team at Edgewood is a pleasure to work with, and the field installation team is prompt and courteous.”

"The Edgewood team is a pleasure to work with on multiple levels. They communicate well during the estimating and pre-construction process to explain what’s included in their proposal and any unique challenges on projects. During construction, they do what they say they’ll do, building a quality product safely and productively. We value our relationship with Edgewood and are glad to include them among our proven subcontractor partners in delivering excellence on our projects.”

"The Edgewood Company is a pleasure to work with, from the office to their field crews, everyone is professional and responsive. On our latest completed project in Bala Cynwyd, their team did a great job with the pavers at the exterior amenity areas. They also executed a terrace space, including retaining walls, as a last minute scope addition for us. Everyone was happy with the final product and quality of their work. We look forward to our future projects with The Edgewood Company."
